• Shipped fully assembled less carburetor and generator and
shop tested for oil pressure.
Components used in the assembly include:
• Crank Case Replica V-Twin Mfg. with authentic cast pro-
files. Including relay and number bosses.
• Rocker Boxes with natural finish and overhead oiler provi-
sion from timing cover.
• Heads newly casted Knuckleheads with parkerized lower
valve cover cups and tops.
• Flywheels are cast iron type, assembled with stock rods and
Torrington rollers with steel cages at sprocket and
pinion shaft ends.
• Valve Train includes solid tappet assemblies with Sifton
lightning cam, Sifton solid stock pushrods and chrome pushrod

covers.
Hastings rings
• Oil Pump V-Twin Replica cast iron with early iron cover
• Distributor mechanical advance with corresponding relay
mount with distributor post guide slot
